How does the design process work?
Share your idea and any reference images. We provide an estimated price and request a 30 % deposit. After you approve the CAD design, we start production and the remaining 70 % is due.
How long will it take to create my piece?
Production time varies by design and depends on material, size, and complexity. It normally takes about 6–8 weeks.
What materials do you use?
For custom jewelry, we work exclusively with gold or platinum and use natural or lab-grown diamonds and gemstones.

All custom pieces are fully insured and securely packaged. We ship with trusted carriers and provide tracking to ensure safe delivery to your door.
